Can I get a refund?
Yes. For Pro and Pro+ we refund the first payment within 14 days, no questions asked: the “Get a refund” button in your account, or an email to support. More in the refund rules
How do I turn off auto-renewal?
In your account: “Turn off auto-renewal”. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
How many devices can I use?
Free works with one TV at a time, Pro with up to 5, Pro+ with up to 10.
What happens if I stop paying?
If you turn off auto-renewal, Pro or Pro+ stays until the end of the paid period. Anyone who bought Pro as a one-time payment earlier keeps it for life. Everything free stays free: connect, ad cleanup, ReTV Home, the “as it was” copy and “Put it back”.
Will I get a receipt?
The payment confirmation and receipt are in your account, under payments.
